Movement Coaching

Integrating movement improvisation and embodied explorations, I facilitate sessions in response to where you are and what you’re looking to explore, shift, and develop with and through the body.

Coaching structure

 

The intention for the coaching process is to focus on your personal progression and development. Through regular meetings, we are able to set and work towards your personal, professional, and artistic goals.

• A personal coaching programme is designed specifically for you and your current needs. It means we can meet regularly over a period of time, and allows for continuous development to take place. These sessions can be booked in blocks of 4 or 8 and built according to your needs.

Individual sessions open up the opportunity to investigate and delve deeply into a topic of your choice and can be booked as a “one-off” or repeatedly, as this flexibility may work better for you.

Sessions are 75 minutes.


Timing, frequency, location

 

The timing, frequency, and location of our sessions will be determined and agreed upon by us in advance. Sessions can take place either in-person or online.

In-person sessions can take place in my movement studio in Oslo, Norway, or alternatively in a suitable meeting place that has been agreed between us.

Online sessions take place via Zoom, and open up the opportunity for long-distance coaching, location shifting, or receiving coaching from the comfort of your own home.


Investment

 

• Individual session: 90 EUR / 1000 NOK

• 4 session block booking: 350 EUR / 3990 NOK

• 8 session block booking: 680 EUR / 7755 NOK

Block bookings can be extended and built according to your needs.

Sessions are 75 minutes.

I really loved how every week was attuned to my current needs. Sometimes we would move for an hour, focussing on a relevant theme of my choice. And sometimes I felt the need to combine movement with talking, or a talking session with a brief grounding exercise before. It’s been a wonderful, warm, and insightful exploration.
